Below is a general guide detailing the player registration. The player registration must be completed by the 3rd of August 2026. After you have completed your team registration, we will e-mail you a player registration form.
Player registration 2026 for the Rale Rasic Joeys Mini World Cup
Individual player registration can be changed or added to until 28 September 2026. If you need to change or swap players after you complete the player registration on August 3, 2026, please email the changes to ffifthco@me.com
WE WILL EMAIL YOU THE PLAYER REGISTRATION FORM AFTER YOU COMPLETE YOUR TEAM REGISTRATION AND THE TEAM NOMINATION FEE HAS BEEN RECEIVED.
Players-Fees/Rewards and Merchandise
Each registered Player will receive a full strip representing the country the player’s team is drawn to—for example, Moree or Armidale could be drawn to Brazil, England, or Germany. Whatever it may be. A Cup T-shirt, a small back sack, and a full-colour RRJMWC booklet, plus a team trophy,, player trophies or player medals, Referee costs, ground fees, insurance covers and admin costs are also reflected in these fees. Each team will receive two match balls for the team to keep. Note: Put your team name onto your match balls as soon as you receive them.
For teams nominated in the 14s. - 17s, a minimum of 15 players, including the goalkeeper, applies and they are invoiced as such. Exceptions are the 8s, 10s, 12s, 15s female only and Open Women, with nine players/team in the 8s and 12 players/team in the 10s, and 12s age groups,, plus 10 players/team in the 15s female and Open Women. If a team seeks to register more than the allocated player numbers specified, you must notify us before we order the playing strips on August 3, 2026. All player registrations need to be paid in full, which is the maximum number applied to the different playing categories,.Payments must be receieved before August 3, 2026. No exceptions will be made!
Your team is guaranteed between 6 to 8 games during the tournament. All teams from the playing ages of U12, 15 female only and above will have a final or a playoff for 3rd or 4th place.

Players’ Fees are $95/player. Teams play on Monday September28th, and Tuesday, September 29, 2026. Players receive a tournament-branded playing strip, shorts, socks,a tournament t shirt a tournament booklet, and a indiviual plus a team trophy. The playing strip depicts the Nation they are drawn to.
The cost per team is $855 (7 players/team including goalkeeper plus 2 subs), which is to be paid by direct deposit if you register an entire team or $95 for an individual player. Teams play seven players on the field with two subs.

Players’ Fees are $190/player. Teams play on Monday the 28th, Tuesday 29 and Wednesday 30th, September 2026.
The costs per team is: $2280 (12 players/team including goalkeeper and three subs) to be paid by direct deposit.
Players receive: a tournament branded playing strip,, shorts, socks, a tournament t shirt, a tournament booklet, and a indiviual trophy or medal, plus a team trophy. The playing strip depicts the Nation they are drawn to.
To register a Player in this category the cost is $190/player. The teams are invoiced for 12 players/team. Team registration is $100/team and does not come off the player’s registration fees, and is not refundable. These age groups play half field – 9 a side and are classed by FFA ruling as a non-competitive category. Games are played in a round-robin over three days.

15s Female only
Players Fee: $240/player. Teams play Friday, 2,, Saturday, 3 and Sunday 4 of October 2026,
Cost per team 15s female only $2400 (10 players/team including goalkeeper and three subs)
Registering your team is $100, and registering a Player in this category is $240. Teams are invoiced for 10 players.
The 15s Female age group plays on a smaller field and is a seven-a-side competition.
One player is selected from the combined playing categories of Under 15s female only and the Open Women to receive a fully paid trip worth ($8900) to join the Joeys’ All-Star Team on a playing and coaching tour of Germany in June/July of the following year. Please note the airfare is not included
Forty-four players are selected from the combined playing categories of 14s, 15s female only,, 17s and Open Women to receive a $1000 subsidy to join the Joeys All-Star Team on a playing and coaching tour of Germany in June/July of the following year.
Four coaches are selected from these combined playing categories, with three coaches receiving a $ 2,000 subsidy and one coach receiving a fully paid tour (Airfare not included) to join the Joeys All-Star Team on a playing and coaching tour of Germany in June/July 2026.

The player’s Fee is $150/player. Teams play Monday 28 and Tuesday 29, September 2026,
The costs per team is $1050 (5 players/team plus two subs, including the goalkeeper), to be paid by direct deposit by September 1st, 2026.
Registering your team is $100, and registering a player in this category is $150. All teams are invoiced for seven players.
This category plays on a small field of five players a side plus two subs, including the goalkeeper. Individual and team trophies will be awarded after the competition is completed on Monday lunchtime.

Joeys Mini World Cup - Business Fun/Charity Tournament - WALKING FOOTBALL
In this section, teams supply their own playing strips; only a team nomination fee of $150 is charged. All Nomination fees; will go to the years nominated Local Charity or Community Project. Teams play on Thursday, October 1, 2026, Starting at 6 pm and finishing at 8:30/9:00 pm.. Businesses can combine to form a team. Note: Playing Kits can be purchased for this section on request with Print Fresh. Ring John McGregor on 0403 675 012.
