Information assisting to fill in the Teams Nomination Form 2027 is outlined below.

TEAM NOMINATIONS AND PLAYER NOMINATIONS ARE TO BE BEFORE 1 August 2027 to receive sublimated playing strips! The Nomination Fee for your team must be paid when nominating your team. The individual Player’s fees must be paid in full by the team manager or coach on behalf of the team before 1 August 2027

PLEASE NOTE WE HAVE CHANGED THE PLAYING CATEGORIES TO PREVIOUS YEARS BY REQUEST FROM COACHES AND TEAM MANAGERS TO NOW HAVE ONLY A 2 YEAR DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE AGES OF THE PLAYERS! ‍ ‍

Age Groups

7s tournament - Play starts Monday 27 September, and finishes Tuesday 28 September 2027

7s 9 players per team, mixed male/female.

Players born 2019 and later You also compete in the Goal Wall Challenge

9s - Play starts Monday 27th September and finishes Wednesday, 29 September 2027.

9s tournament - 12 players per team, mixed male/female.

Players born 2018 and later. You also compete in the Goal Wall Challenge

Please note there is a training camp on Sunday the 26 September for this age group.

11s - Play starts Monday 27th September and finishes Wednesday, 29 September 2027.

Please note there is a training camp on Sunday the 26 September for this age group.

11s tournament 12 players per team, mixed male/female

Players born 2016 and later. You also compete in the Goal Wall Challenge

13s Start playing Friday, 1 October and finish Sunday 3 October 2027. Please note there is a training camp on Sunday the 26 September for this age group.

13s 15 players per team.

Players born 2014 and later

15s Start playing Friday, 1 October and finish Sunday 3 October 2027.

15s 15 players per team.

Players born 2012 and later

17s - Start playing Friday, 1 October and finish Sunday 3 October 2027.

17s 15 players per team.

Players born 2010 or later

FEMALE ONLY Start playing on Friday 1 October, and finish Sunday 3 October 2027

Female only teams. 10 players per team.

Players must be born 2013 or before so that they are at least 14 years of age in 2027. There is no age restriction upwards

Business Fun Charity Tournament: 6 players per team. including two subs. Male/Female mixed. Businesses can combine to form a team. Please note: The team entry fee for this section is $150 and goes to a local charity or community project.

The Business/Fun/Charity Tournament will be held on Tuesday, September 28, 2027, starting at 6 p.m. In 2027 we will continue with the new playing format WALKING FOOTBALL which created a lot of fun over the last two years

Please note that the event is played from 6PM and will finish at approximately 8:00 PM.

Please use a team nomination form for each team category! All your team nominations are$100/team apart from the Business Fun Charity Tournament: which is $150/team.. Team nomination fees are not refundable. Payment for your team nomination must be made by bank transfer to Regional Australia Bank. The Player information sheet and payment for the team must be lodged and paid in full by August 1 2027 . The player registration fees are on the player registration page.

We order the sublimated strips on August 2 /2027. If payment is not received by then, we can not order them. No exceptions will be made.

Teams pay for the total number of players in each playing category. The teams Individual player payments are displayed on your player’s nomination form when sent to you. Team Nomination Fees are separate fees and are nonrefundable.

Individual players can be changed and added until September 26, 2027. (There are 15 players in all age groups—exceptions are the Open Women, with ten players per team; the U7s, with nine players per team; and the 9s and 11s, with 12 players per team.

Awards/Presentation Night will be held on Saturday 2 October 2027, Guests & awarded players are to arrive at 6:00 pm. The Awards and Presentation Night is held at the Town Hall Otho St & Evans St, Inverell NSW 2360. Parents, coaches, and players are most welcome to attend.
