Information assisting to fill in the Teams Nomination Form 2026 is outlined below.

TEAM NOMINATIONS AND PLAYER NOMINATIONS ARE TO BE BEFORE 3 August 2026 to receive sublimated playing strips! The Nomination Fee for your team must be paid when nominating your team. The individual Player’s fees must be paid in full by the team manager or coach on behalf of the team before 3 August 2026

Age Groups

8s 9 players per team, mixed male/female.

Players born 2018 and later

8s - Play starts Monday 28 September, and finishes Tuesday 29 September 2026

10s: 12 players per team, mixed male/female.

Players born 2016 and later

10s - Play starts Monday 28th September and finishes Wednesday, 30 September 2026, Please note there is a training camp on Thursday the 1 October for this age group.

12s 12 players per team, mixed male/female

Players born 2014 and later

12s Play starts Monday, 28 September and finishes Wednesday, 30 September 2026, Please note there is a training camp on Thursday the 1 October for this age group.

14s 15 players per team.

Players born 2012 and later

14s Start playing Friday, 2 October and finish Sunday 4 October 2026

15s female only, ten players per team.

Players born 2011 and later

15s Female only - Start playing Friday, 2 October and finish Sunday 4 October 2026

17s 15 players per team.

Players born 2009 and later

17d - Start playing Friday, 2 October and finishes Sunday 4 October 2026

Open Women 10 players per team.

Players must be at least 16 in 2026 to qualify for the Open Women category

Start playing on Friday the 2nd, and finish Sunday 4 October 2026

Business Fun Charity Tournament: 6 players per team. including two subs. Male/Female mixed. Businesses can combine to form a team. Please note: The team entry fee for this section is $150 and goes to a local charity or community project.

The Business/Fun/Charity Tournament will be held on Thursday, October 1, 2026, starting at 6 p.m. 2026 we will continue with the new playing format WALKING FOOTBALL which created a lot of fun in 2025.

Please note that the event is only played over one day and will finish at approximately 8:30/9:00 p.m.

Differing Abilities Tournament Teams: 8 players per team, including two subs.

The Differing Abilities Tournament is also played as a WALKING FOOTBALL Toutnament. Teams play on Monday 28 September. Starting at 11 AM after the Opening Ceremony and may also play on Tuesday September 2026.

Please use a team nomination form for each team category! Your team nomination is $100/team apart from the Business Fun Charity Tournament: which is $150/team.. Team nomination fees are not refundable. Payment for your team nomination must be made by bank transfer to Regional Australia Bank. Please Note: TEAM NOMINATIONS ARE NOT EXCEPTED WITHOUT PAYMENT. Also note: The Team Nomination Fee is a separate fee and is not to be deducted from the Player Nomination Fee.

The Player information sheet and payment for the team must be lodged and paid in full by August 3, 2026. The player registration fees are on the player registration page.

We order the sublimated strips on August 3. If payment is not received by then, we can not order them. No exceptions will be made.

Teams pay for the total number of players in each playing category. The teams Individual player payments are displayed on your player’s nomination form when sent to you. Team Nomination Fees are separate fees and are nonrefundable.

Individual players can be changed and added until September 2, 2026. (There are 15 players in all age groups—exceptions are the Open Women, with ten players per team; the 15s Female only, with 10 players per team;, the U8s, with nine players per team; and the 10s and 12s, with 12 players per team.

Awards/Presentation Night will be held on Saturday 3 October 2026, Guests & awarded players are to arrive at 6:00 pm. The Awards and Presentation Night is held at the Town Hall Otho St & Evans St, Inverell NSW 2360. Parents, coaches, and players are most welcome to attend.
